South Sphere, a wholly foreign owned boutique consulting company was established in 2001 in Shanghai by its founder, Sydney Chang, a native of Shanghai and a U.S. citizen who has worked and lived in Shanghai since 1990.  Mr. Chang has decades of working experience with multinationals in the U.S., Asia and China.  South Sphere’s team consists of both expatriates and locals that have decades of business experience in China.
