A major US engine parts manufacturer has been exploring the possibility of establishing a manufacturing facility in China. Unfortunately, due to investment and immature market condition then, the project was postponed indefinitely. South Sphere proposed to our client to form a manufacturing and sales alliance with a leading Chinese manufacturer of similar products including option of a JV after 5 years. This option will create more economic value and to better service its clients in the Chinese domestic and export markets. It will also provide the Chinese partner with technology and quality advancement during the alliance period.
